Yes the article did not say 130 calories, but the news story on BBC news did! I guess it may depend on the size of the person, as they may drip feed them more... but the lady they did the case study on was having 130 calories.... !

It's early because I actually weigh in on Fridays, as I am not near a scale on Mondays. No problem as a child... put on the weight (5 stone in 2 years) when i quit smoking at 21.... 6 years later, i decide to do something about it!!!

I do... fail to prepare, prepare to fail! I love knowing in advance how many calories I have left for the day or what I will be eating the next day! :0)

When I quit i put on 4 stone in like a year, as I filled my craving with fizzy drinks... definately reach for the low fat yoghurts and cheesess... cold meats... they do the trick for me!!

I hate the 'i'm not racist but...' and also 'welcome to my world...'... grrrrrrrrr!! I have a fussy pallet... no weird food combos... I used to think bacon, maple syrup and pancakes was weird!!! I LOVE IT THOUGH!!

Most weeks I was putting on 2lbs from Friday to Monday... then I gave up alcohol, and decided to just drink it on big important occassions. This has helped me so much with weight loss and not snacking!!! It was always 1 step forwards, 2 steps back... no it's pretty much forward!

Running on a low incline and using the eliptical on a tough resistance for me burns about the same amount! It just depends how I feel that day!! If I feel like dancing I use the eliptical, then i pretend I am in a club and it makes it easier to use! Only problem is, after half an hour my feet start getting pins and needles…
