Endomondo gives you Gross vs Net calories burned. I have a Zephyr HxM HRM (Bluetooth) that connects to the app. Endomondo takes into account your heart rate to calculate calorie burn. Before starting a workout I make it a habit to reboot my phone to make sure I have a clean slate to avoid any possible issues with GPS.

I use the Zephyr as well with Endomondo and Runtastic. One thing you must take into account with Endomondo it uses Gross calories vs Net calories burned for your workouts.

I already have the Gamma DVD's and the schedule. I've heard there is a Hybrid schedule for all 3 phases but haven't seen it.

Hi Doll! If you want high cal burn go with Insanity(40-60 minutes approx). This program is only 25 minutes with a 2-3 minute cool down. I can tell you I've done Insanity and it works. Cals also depend on age, sex, weight, HRM. Too many factors play into a persons burn. I'm 4'11", 115# & 42. I'm not going to burn the same as a younger, taller woman let alone a man.
