I am moving to belfast for the giro weekend :) tries to get tickets for the team presentation thursday night but the site crashed! I did however manage to get my hands on a corporate ticket for the start line on saturday from ferrero rocher :) I will be on a selfie mission to find the 3 irish riders and the OGE team.

Pick one day each week and add a couple of miles on what you done the same day the previous week, you will see your average speed lift naturally on the shorter rides in between, But mainly try enjoy it and everything will come easier
