My wife and I calculate it as Circuit Training General, there are a few workout descriptions that you could calculate it under. Always go with the least number of calories burned for each workout. this way you know you are not over calculating in any way.

I normally strength train to start the day and then mix in between 1 to 3 cardio workouts. My wife and I do a rotation of Insanity, 30 Day Shred, Elliptical trainer and we have just recently started a walk/run regimin of interval training. We have both seen some great results.
