The DVD is Jillian Michael's 30 Day Shred and you can pick it up at Amazon, Wal-mart, HMV, etc! Mine was dirt cheap at $11.99! It is AWESOME!!!! Polar F4 or F6 - around $80-$120 US but worth every penny. I don't think you need anything fancier! You need one with a chest strap, so that you get a continual reading, and a calorie count. I'm a little confused by this too! I did two workouts today, so I was supposed to eat 1800 calories! Isn't that crazy! I ate 1500, and stopped there! I didn't get a gnawing in my tummy until about 10 pm,so I think I made the right decision! :flowerforyou:

That's hard! When I was in University, my gym was sandwiched between a Subway and a Dominoes pizza - I never had the Dominoes, but I did have the Subway - most evenings I worked out actually! I guess it's better than a lot of the junk I could have eaten at University! :smile:

Hahahaha! My "babies" are 2 and 4, and I'm just losing the weight now! They've been doing the shred along with me (modified of course - more just jumping around for fun) and I find it makes the 2 year old sleep better, and the 4 year old is enjoying his rests more! :flowerforyou:

Couscous is really really quick - you just drop it in boiling water, and let it sit until it absorbs the water (about 5 minutes) then fluff with a fork!
