I've read that all these "Supplements" count for the last 2% or so, if you think of diet as 70%, and exercise as 28% of the equation.... I personally don't use them, or believe too strongly in them, but she said it really worked! It could have had a placebo effect, but, regardless, she did well! :flowerforyou:

Oh - you WILL get great abs! Ab work plus body fat loss, and you will be rockin!!!
