30 Day Shred Level 3 Day 3 for today. Just 7 more days for me to finish the whole program! However, I did go out to eat with my friends today and did horribly on my diet so I'm thinking of sneaking in another round before I go to bed tonight or working out twice tomorrow.

Today's workout consisted of Level 3 of the 30 Day Shred and a grueling session of Banish Fat, Boost Metabolism. I'm super excited to go through these next 30 days with all of you!

I recently bought Extreme Shed and Shred and I'm thinking of doing that through April since at least for me it's harder than 30DS. Unfortunately I'm in college so I can't follow the diet plan that's included but I'll try my best to work with I've got in the dining halls. Anyone here tried Extreme Shed and Shred already?

Wow Level 2 was brutal. I always knew that I have a really weak upper body but this just confirmed it a 1000 times over! Those plank moves had my arms almost falling off by the end of the workout.

Just finished L1D10. I had to take a couple of days off due to work and muscle soreness so I'm a bit behind everyone. I'm so glad to be done with Level 1 though. I was seriously getting sick of it. I just finished skimming through Level 2 and it looks a lot better to me. We'll see if I say the same thing tomorrow!

I alternate between 2, 3, & 5 lb dumbbells. Some moves I feel perfectly ok doing 5lb (like the bicep curls) but others (side lunges) are impossible to do with anything other than 2lb.

L1 D1 completed today! The goal is to to do it at least 5x a week. (I've done it before and muscle soreness doesn't let me do it with no rest.) I'm super excited to see everyone's results at the end of the month! I plan on weighing in and taking measurements every Monday.
