• I have one, I love it! Since my job requires a lot of sitting on my butt it really helps me push to walk around and get credit for the amount of steps I take during the day. :)

• I've always thought the same thing myself but now I have a small collection of DVD's myself. I love all the DVD's with Bob Harper in them. I've been doing a mix of them since the beginning of the year.
