I've been taking Thyroid Essentials supplement which seems to be helping me. I'm against medication or surgery. I'm also just starting on my weight loss journey, but knowing that my thyroid was part of the issue has made it easier for me to focus on my health and not beat myself up about being fat.

Don't eat any of it for 30 days. If you can make it those first 30 days (or at the very least the first 21) and then you try to eat that stuff, your body won't even like the taste of it.

It's odd, but if I try to put all of my daily water requirements in a large jug or water bottle, I can't suck it down to save my life. i usually just weigh at the same time in the morning with my pajamas on. I do occasionally check other times and scales, but the only weight I record is the morning weight whenever I do record it.
