Thank you! Yesterday I overate. But, I didn't binge. I was tempted, so I put my triggers away and went upstairs. 5'5" and CW is 142 (down from 148+....I stopped weighing myself after this) and I eat between 1400-1800 and exercise 4-6x a week with cardio/weights.. This works for me as I had previously been on a restricted diet...I lost the weight, but it wasn't sustainable.

I have found in the past I was particularly susceptible to blaming other people around me for my overeating--just because everyone else gets up for that third helping?? I am the one who ultimately chooses to follow suit.. thanks for sharing that article! Definitely motivating!

Sounds a lot like me! I lost 15 pounds and gained it back plus 5! I started back to school, stopped exercising and stress ate... I lost 5 these past 3 weeks and am now working on the 15! We can do this!

I feel like that sometimes...but, what I do in those moments is turn my music up loud and tell myself "everyone's gotta start somewhere". It helps me concentrate on my workout (and awesome music) and I forget people are even around me.
