I feel it depends on the person and if your body is telling you that you're still hungry I would up your calories a bit. A lot people say they still get great results when they up their calorie intake! And as far as the wine goes, I say go for it! One glass a day won't hurt you! :smile:

I really agree with this statement. I use to go to McDonalds and eat a value meal just for dinner and that's over 1,000 and I was barely full, but now I eat fruits, veggies and protein and I have to eat a lot more of it to get up to my 1,200 calorie. I have a desk job, and it does get to you that you're sitting all day so I make sure that I take a walk on my breaks (unless it's raining or snowing) and I also walk for part of my lunch, but if you need the whole time to eat than I wouldn't, but I'm just sitting in the breakroom anyways.
