I know that in the Android marketplace they have an app that helps you go from 5k to 10k. It's done by the C25k people so I'm sure you can find it somewhere.

I'm broke so I usually do a nice family dinner of what ever she wants along with Pecan Pie for dessert (It's her favorite!).

That's exactly how I feel. Why should I force myself to eat junk food or any food just to reach my calorie goal for the day when I know that I am actively trying to lose weight?

I make mine in a pan on the stove too and just use a quick spray of olive oil. I haven't had any sticking/burning issues and it is delicious I don't think I could ever give it up.

I weigh myself multiple times a day mostly because I'm bored, but I have a specific day and time once a week that I use to weigh myself and record that on here.

Food would be broiled tilapia (usually with some salsa verde) and the exercise is the elliptical since it is easier on my knees than running.
