I burned 1300 kcal by doing 2 h of elliptical trainer. After an hour, I take a minute break, but that's about it. You can also go for 2 classes of kettlecross, your guaranteed 1000 + calories. :))

Use the elliptical trainer. Results guaranteed!! Another tip is pilates/yoga excercises strech out for half and hour a day after excercise. Your legs will look less "bulky" It worked for HRH Crownprincess Mary.

I think that a calorie burned is a calorie burned. If you are honest with your numbers then if it keeps you motivated then by all means continue !! :))

Sigh* where do I begin? On the top of my head: Scary movie Epic movie Avatar Dirty dancing Grease Lost in translation (so pointless) Star wars (I tried to watch it a few times given that it was such a huge deal but I got annoyed after 20-30 min each time. I can't take it seriously in any way)

Go to the gym on the elliptical machine and don't come back till you burn at least 600kcal -1000kcal RIGHT NOW !! :laugh: That way you would only have had a 400-500 calorie meal. :tongue: I don't know what kind of sandwich you are refering to to be quite honest, but I know that a large döner kebab contains around 1100…
