Every morning, naked, after using the bathroom. I only log it once a week or when I'm done with a "section" or a program. Like Sunday I'll log it (hopefully it'll show a loss) because I'll be finished with workout 3 of ripped in 30. I feel if I weigh every day I can stay on top of it. I mix them in with meat and seasoning for tacos, or on salads (especially southwest type salads), or over yellow rice, or in soup, or if I'm too lazy for that and hungry I just open a can drain and rinse and eat them. I do like some of these suggestions though so I'll be trying them some new tasty ways :happy:

I like turkey bacon. I like real bacon. Is the Salmon bacon for real? I think it would taste yummy but I love salmon. So if this isn't a joke, buy more so I can start getting it in my state :laugh:

I'm going to take advantage of the free personal training sessions I get through my university so I can start lifting heavy. After a while it just becomes second nature to log everything you eat and when you see the little bar move along your ticker telling you how much you've lost it's a great feeling. Just wish mine would move faster :laugh:

I've been coloring my hair forever, from reds to blacks...my natural color is black. I'm going blonde myself but I'm going to a professional.
