Yes! i totally have this problem, i try and talk to them (them being friend and boyfriend) about it because i need the help and they just dismiss it saying 'you don't need to lose weight' then don't believe me when i tell them how much a weigh! so i'm just giving up now, and i don't really seem to get into conversations…

Hi guys, Ive been really struggling recently and its only 3 1/2 weeks till i go to florida. So my goal for the month is 3lbs - im not sure what i weight atm, but i'll weigh myself tomorrow and take that as my starting point for the month. Im also going to try and work out more these next 3 1/2 weeks Good luck everyone!

I have a insulated lunch bag, and i suppose if i freeze a yogurt that can be my ice pack!

There is a fridge, but i am in an office of about 100people (at least) and there is only 1 fridge. Erm, if i make my lunch i make it at 7am and leave the house at 8:15am then i eat lunch about 1.30pm so 5 1/2 hours

That is a possibility - ive never drank enough water - i have about 1ltr a day atm but am trying to increase it, its not my TOM and that never really has an effect on my weight, and ive only had one really salty meal this week and that was my Japanese soup ramen which i had yesterday for lunch x

My goal for July is to get to 142lbs - im at 145.6lbs at the mo - ive got a bet on with my ex that i can lose 4lbs by the 4th August (starting weight was 146lbs)
