Oh, I hope it's not a tear. It happened while I was doing step aerobics . . . I was hoping it was just over use. What is a cross trainer? I have a treadmill and elliptical at home, thought I might try a short walk on Monday and see how it feels.

Hello all! I'm a relative newbie; joined March 1st. Although I'm losing something every week the process is so slow it's hard to keep optimistic.
