Wow, I sure fell off the exercise and diet wagon these past three weeks :-( My last log for July will be 7/28 3.75 miles walking and that put me at 39.76 total for July. I've already made my ticker for August and I promise to get back to it!

5'5". Started at 187 and my goal was as least down to 149 per charts/doc. Have now been holding between 131-136 for 6 months. I'm 58. This seems to be where I feel best and my body wants to stay here :-)
