"Cheat" days makes trying to transition into healthy eating habits seem so dirty lol. I try not to go overboard on the amount that I eat. If I'm craving it, I'm eating it in moderation. That works for me anyway...

Thanks for posting. I like how they call a pear shape a spoon and a bell (Pear, Spoon, or Bell (triangle upward)). Made me giggle. :D I'm totally going to start saying I'm spoon shaped LOL.

I lost 104+ pounds in about 2 years time upping calories. Kept it off and maintained for a year and a half after that. I gained 19 because of a pregnancy and that's why I'm here now...

I recently went through the same thing. I decided to up my protein and calories because I'm working out a bit more. I was stuck for 2 weeks at the same weight and then I put on 4lbs. Same with the gym I go to. I see men and women using everything available. I start with warm up cardio and go over to the free weights afterwards. No funny looks or awkward comments.

There is a website called runhundred.com that gives several good ideas for workout songs and organizes tracks by beats per minute or genre. You do have to provide an e-mail address to use the site, but I have yet to receive unwanted e-mails from the site. I use the site for song ideas and download them elsewhere... :D
