I stay under 30 a day. I started a year ago at 20 a day. I seldom go over 30 but most of the time I am around 20.

I love Leslie Sansone! I have done her "Walk Away the Pounds" many times over the years. I can't say for sure how much of my Weightloss is due to the video but anytime you are up and moving, you are burning calories, whether it is Leslie or Richard Simmons! Do it...you'll love it!

If you're trying to do low carb then you are right...it does suck! But only in the beginning!! Be very disciplined and I promise, you will have fewer and fewer cravings!
