I like to keep an even keel and not take a day off. I prefer to stay vigilant. I also like Stanley's advice for getting the moderate exercise - walking will do. To start with I bought a pedometer and worked my way up to 10,000 steps a day. Once I lost enough I was able to step it up and now I've joined a gym and work out…

You can also add Bell Plantations PB2 powdered peanut butter to any chocolate shake. They remove the peanut oil and all the fat calories that go with it.

I've been using a meal replacement shake quite successfully. Caloric deficit over an extended period of time is the key to weight loss. If a meal replacement shake (or bar) helps you to achieve that then I say find one that works for you and do it. Clean eating of whole foods is a great goal too but if you're struggling…

Xocai High Antioxidant shakes have 21 grams of protein from a high quality whey protein isolate, a combination of cacao, acai and blueberries for antioxidants, and less than half a gram of sugar. Great for recovery. I mix mine with PB2 powdered peanut butter. Absolutely delicious. Get PB2 at https://www.bellplantation.com/…

I find it easiest to always have some water with me and to just sip it constantly. I have a refillable drinking bottle (Contigo brand - bought at Costco) that holds 24 oz. (3 cups) and has measures on the side. I like this size because I can carry it on my walks or to a client and it's not bulky or out of place. 16 cups…

I weigh-in and log it daily but only because I know that any daily fluctuations won't bug me. I like to stay on top of the situation and doing it daily means you don't have the chance to consider "being bad" one day and trying to make up for it the next. I suggest doing it as often as you can but it really should depend on…
