You look great in both, I prefer the black bottoms but I like women in boy short style.

I usually drink water and Iced tea with lemon. When I'm bad I'll drink soda or rum and cokes, if I'm feeling guilty I drink rum and coke zero :)

I hear ya. I run intervals and I'm darn proud of it. If you are getting out there and doing it then you are a "real runner". I had a coworker say when I told him my time, which is around a 11:30 average mile, that i was a jogger. It made me mad, get your shoes on and lets go "jog" buddy. Don't let anyone deminish what you…

Sidewalks (concrete) is much harder on your limbs and more prone to cause injuries so it's better to run on the street if possible. At least that's what I was told by my running coaches

What they said about reps and weight is right, heavier weight less reps build muscle light weight more reps lean out.

I have it, I've used it a few times. It is kind of neat to have the mission aspect, it needs some work like a way to review the mission, maybe extend it or tell it to go right into the next mission. I've only been chased by zombies twice, got caught once. I'm wondering if my run pace is too fast because basically the…

It's a pretty fun game to run with. Only problem is I think my run pace is too fast because I never get chased by zombies, only once during a walk portion of my run did they come after me but it does add a little different entertainment to just music

I used to use nike+ app on my iphone but since it won't run in the background it would drain my battery on long runs. I started using run keeper, but lately I just go without a logger. But I did really like what Nike+ had to offer.
