I haven't been a morning person for a long time, but now I just do it. There are days I don't want to but I like how I feel after I've gotten my workout done. When I run it's best if I'm meeting someone then it holds me accountable.

I would suggest trying to do intervals. the first week, maybe 3 times a week run for a minute then walk 2 and repeat. If you get to the point where you can't run then just finish it off with a walk. Usually you start with shorter distances but if you can walk it then I would say its ok to do the loop. Then each week…

If I'm running alone then I turn on some music or lately the new app Zombies, Run! but when I'm running with friends then usually no tunes, I like to chat or listen to others chatting.

if you put in the goal weight and how fast you want to lose it, MFP will calculate how many calories a day you need to eat, when you exercise it increases the amount for that day but if you keep close to the caluculated amount each day you should reach your goal. hopefully that makes sense

I don't have an issue with people reading at the gym. Everyone has their own goals and some aren't able to run or move very fast. whats the difference between watching the tv or listening to your music. sure you are moving faster but at least they are there getting exercise, better than just sitting home doing nothing.…

Body size doesn't matter much to me. My ex would never believe me when i said she was beautiful even though she was a little overweight. I'm in week 4 of the program. I am really enjoying it. I'm not doing the nutrition part, which I should, but my strength is increasing and I've lost a couple pounds over the last few weeks too.

I'm doing p90x classic right now, in week 4. It's a great workout. I recommend it.
