I'm heavily tattooed and most don't mean a damn thing. I get asked all the time so I just make stuff up. It's fun to see how far you can go and still have some dumbass believe you. :D

I am also a walker. I have a 1 year old and an injury prone knee. I've tried stepping it up to a jog but that darn knee had other ideas. I use the 5 mile walking/bike path by my house. According to my HRM I burn over 1000 calories when I walk it fairly quickly.

Something isn't right there. I'm 5'10" 220, started at 230. Setup to lose 2lbs a week and I'm allowed 1600 cal, It was 1670 until I hit 220.

Oh, I also split it in half to make 2 servings but used a full pound of frozen cod. After plugging all the ingredients into the recipe app it was only 307 calories not counting the rice.
