I usually go over, but I try to be careful with my choices so I'm not way over. I keep an eye on my drinks, try to have small portions of dessert and rice/bread, and aim at eating more vegetables and meat/fish. A nice solution I've found recently is french toast with the yolks only. It works very well, it'd say even better than with the whole egg. I sometimes make egg white omelets for dinner if I don't have many calories left. I keep the yolks in the fridge and over the weekend I have a great breakfast :smile:
