wow awesome girl! when I was 12/14 there was no way I would be caught in one :P but I'm a bad apple and carry it ALL in my stomach, I love my stretch marks, those are my warrior wounds :)

You are going to get results with all of them! I believe every woman should lift! so that being said...and I'm currently doing PUMP...I'm seeing results/definition where I've never seen :) Good luck with making your decision!

I eat pretty healthy but I want to eat cleanier (is that a word...hehe ;) so that is my goal! Clean eating for the month of May!

I'm 5'5 and 31, I had a goal weight when I first started last year at 178lbs...but I've come to the conclusion that when it comes to Health and Fitness the scale is null and void! I'm at 138, right now I have definition I've never had and prob the smallest I've ever remebering being, besides HS but even then I wasn't fit…

YEp more protein! At least 1 gram per weight so if you weigh 130 you should be getting that many grams of protein!

I usually cook chicken on sunday nights for the week, so then I have it on hand for the week...salads, wrap, by itself, etc I also drink Shakeology for lunch I'll cook up some turkey burger patties. just a few of my favs :)

SCALE! there was a youtube video I watched when I was nearly half ways in my journey and it opened my eyes! guesstiamating could put you over 300+ cals! can't find the video right now, but most def get a scale!

I want to get a fitness ball to sit on! but for now, I try to remind myself, maybe a Post-It would help...hehe plus I hate seeing my gut stick out when I look down so that's good reminder ;)
