I made the investment in a Polar FT60, though I would have been just as happy with a FT4. I wanted to know calories burned and whether I was training in the right zone. What are you doing? Whenever I do Zumba I know I'm going to hit Zone 3 a lot and so I let that one be, as it is what it is. mine is set to 1lb...slow and steady this time for me...previously when I have lost weight too fast my mind did not really accept the smaller size me and I gained back...So this time I'm committed to nutritional change for life and in doing so losing scale weight slower so my mind can reconcile the changes :wink:

I lost 8lbs in my first month (March)...I expect less in the 2nd month on the scale, but definitely more in inches :wink:
