I struggle a bit w/ sweets but I really agree, someone mentions above, moving helps. You don't have to run a marathon (unless you want to), a short walk helps w/ my cramps quite a bit. I get fatigued a little quicker that usual...but it passes and I feel better than if I was sitting on my butt.

I have heard muscle doesn't weight more than fat. A pound is a pound. That being said, muscle is more dense than fat so someone could be adding on muscle under the fat.
