i have seen people post about shock absorber bras. I unfortunately being a 42 band still (G cup) cant shop at most places besides lane bryant for sports bras. and even they dont have any in store (i dont have a debit card to buy online) but i hear good things about shock absorbers.

pizza or tacos either one. i mean i already like 'healthier" pizza but i wish it was lower in sodium and fat and calories. lol i LOVE hawaiian pizza give me a fat free ham or bacon that tastes good though.

i am always watching my sugar fat and sodium intake. so no. i eat foods within my calorie limiit if they are low in those areas. not just wahtever i want.

doing zumba in a classfull of women and theres men not far away (can see into the room from outside the aerobics room) and your boobs are tryign to fall out of your two sport bras and top that isnt even that low cut... (GRRRR)

theres not a good one for a G cup though. when i was a D or DD yea it worked but now im a G cup, i tried lane bryant and i tried a few other bras but they tear up fast and they dont hold well. im just hoping my boobs shrink as the rest of my body does. i want smaller boobs again!!!

yea if i had the 20 minute express dvd or whatever to do it i woudl probably do it at home. but i would triple it cause i would do zumba daily for an hour if i could. you can buy healthier peanut butter. still high in fat content but its healthier fat. (with flax seeds in it and other healthy sounding ingredients lmao) i buy naturally more but i know there are peanut butters out there that are healthier than that. just costly.

it hurts my shins badly but i still do jog a little at a time. i weigh 287 lbs so i have a lot of weight hitting my joints when i jog. but i think that im slowly feeling better afterward (it doesnt hurt as bad when i do it) also i have HUGE boobs and they bounce EVERYWHERE even with my wearing two sports bras. it sucks…

most salads you buy are sooo high in fat and sodium and calories if you eat the whole thing. i always would prefer grilled chicken on my salad but even that when you add cheese and even half the croutons is very high in fat and sodium. i end up making my own and substituting alot of stuff on those salads.
