Me too. I'll be thiry this coming Jan and my husband and I are thinking about kids. I told him that I don't want to go there unitl I reach my goal weight. Do what you can now. And...most cruises have a work out room or you can get in a morning walk. I'm not saying to spend all your time but a little will help keep things in balance.

I am too. I noticed when I first started taking it a few years ago that I gained about 15lbs. I haven't been trying to lose weight for very long but I do think it will matter when I get to that last 15.
