Keep doing the weight (tricep) training, they won't get chunkier if your not gaining weight. Cardio and a calorie deficit will be the most important things when trying to remove the flab and making your arms look better!

Eating cholesterol has no correlation with your cholestorol levels. What raises your cholesterol levels is mostly saturated fats and physical inactivitey. So continue to eat healthy (ignore cholesterol levels in foods) and exercise!

Yes, it sounds like you are pushing your muscles hard enough to get results. As long as you feel like your working out with high intensity and challenging yourself (dont do 100 reps of pink dumbells)..I would be happy about not feeling sore.
