Agreed When I am at a restaurant, I want to eat something delicious that I can’t make. I can make salad and basic stuff at home. I also can’t eat at 99% of Italian restaurants cuz yuck compared to my home cooking 😬

How does the school year ruin your diet? I have a friend that is a teacher and she finds the other way around. When school is in, she is on a good schedule and routine. In the summer, she sleeps in, skips workouts and eats more.

Oh ok, that never occurred to me lol I had my kid before that was a thing!

That is super crappy. A friend of mine, years ago, had to live with relatives until her children were school aged because even though her and her husband made decent money, daycare costs were so high, they could not afford both daycare and rent! Asinine!

I have cut down on single use plastics as much as I can. I have a kit I carry that has stainless steel straws and metal utensils so I do not use plastic ones when eating out. I use reusable containers instead of baggies when possible. And reusable shopping bags always. However, there are times I use plastics too. I think…

I use a program called Activetrax for strength training and its amazing. I use machines and free weights.

We had a sunny day today, AND I was off work.....but had to hang around at home for a medical test and we are tearing up the parking lot so I cant even sit on my patio because its a dust bowl. There is literally two inches of dirt on my BBQ.....and about three weeks to go.....
