They say that you should lose a pound a week, however, I lost 25 pounds in 4 months. That was moderate working out and counting calories. I am sure it is possible and healthy as long as you do it right.

I just don't get the whole eating calories back thing. It doesn't make sense to me... I feel like if you eat back the calories, you are defeating the purpose of burning them off??!

Usually in the morning, I will start off with a whole wheat sandwhich thin (Pepperidge Farm) and put 3 egg whites and a slice of cheese on it. Delicious and sometimes when it comes time for my 10:30am snack, I am not even hungry. Of course I eat my snack anyway :drinker:
