See and that is where I was getting confused because Arnold Palmer has no sugar, calories, sodium... None of that... so that was why I wasnt sure if I should add that into the water category or not. Thanks LOL I thought so but I figured i'd give it a whirl! I am so addicted to these Arnold Palmers that it's not even funny. I do get my daily 64 ouces of water in a day, but wasn't sure if I should add these to my water after the 64 ounces. Makes total sense, I just wanted to see what y'all thought!! thanks!!

I almost ALWAYS gain during my TOM. Don't let it bother you if you gain a couple pounds. It happens to me almost every month.
