^^ this.. chicken breast, lean pork etc even things like eggs, tuna and salmon if you're not into meat. As noted earlier though, adding a protein shake can help boost your protein by around 30g

I've lost 47lbs / 21kgs and only recently noticed a change (took me til I'd lost around mid to late 30 lbs).. I've dropped from an 18C down to a 16C (Aus sizes) as i couldn't find an 18B cup size without forking out a heap of money.
