If I understand what you are trying to say, its because when you put in your exercise, it allows you so many 'extra' calories for that day. The more you exercise, the more calories you can add to your daily intake. My calorie intake doesn't actually raise, but it does show how many calories I have "earned" by exercising.…

I knew this calorie counting thing was going to be tough. It blows my mind how many calories are in foods that have otherwise been labeled as "healthy". Its mind boggling! I have come to the following conclusions(LOL): 1. Make healthy (or healthiER) food choices. Period. Thats a no brainer. 2. Don't wait until you are…

Im not big on exercising by ANY stretch of the imagination, but I DID manage to do 30 mins on the tread mill today (15 mins in a.m. & 15 mins in the afternoon) and.......lo 'n behold, I didn't die!! Personally, I think walking everyday and putting a bit of a "kick' into my housework, is more than good enough to get me started on the right foot! You don't have to hit the gym 5 days a week to get exercise. As long as you move and don't stay idle…

Im glad its not just me!! I haven't been under 200lbs in quite a few years.........I dropped to 195lbs and felt naked. Seriously, naked and exposed, even sick! My 'ideal' weight for my height is between 160 and 170lbs (or somewhere around there) and just the thought of being that thin again is odd. I can't even imagine.…

I heard or read? that a 5lb flucuation is normal. I wouldn't worry too much about it. I know 5lbs, is5lbs, but as long as it doesn't keep goin' up, it'll be okay!

Hi Everyone! I signed up just the other day and have found that this site is BY FAR the easiest to manage, lol. Its simple and straight forward, just the way it should be. Counting calories is hard enough without having to figure out some confusing weight tracking site. I have put off watching what I eat for so long…
