Good question. I've heard both ways. To burn early and then eat, and eat and then burn. I would say to do whatever makes you feel better. If eating before gives you the energy for a better workout, then go with that. If you find you aren't hungry before, then go ahead and work out. Good luck!

I count anything after 12am as a new day. That way I don't eat a lot and then blaim it on yesterday. I hold myself accountable for late night snacking.

I also have a hypothyroid and cutting back on carbs is the ONLY way for me to lose weight. I use to work out so hard (two hours a day!) and lost weight so slowly it didn't seem worth it.
