They gave me 1200 calories and I stick pretty close to it. If I workout and I feel hungry I eat more. I don't eat all my calories back. It's been working for me so far. I think you have to figure it out for yourself. You don't want to eat too few calories where you feel tired or weak or irritated. That's never fun. Eat…

I have banana pancakes that someone on here posted. 1 mashed banana mixed with 3 egg whites. I mix in cinnamon and truvia. Spray a pan with cooking spray and cook over medium. Make 2 pancakes. Top with fruit, yogurt, peanut butter, or strawberries and cool whip. Yum!

I think you could probably come pretty close to your goal. If you workout everyday and log everything you eat and stay within your calorie recommendation I think you will be amazed at the results. You could always stop off at the store and buy healthy food for yourself on Fridays. :smile: and eat that. Then you could order something small and your best guess at healthy so you get to enjoy your familys company as well.
