I was on it for over four years and stopped about 12 years ago. I didn't notice the weight coming on because it was slow, but once I stopped getting it, I lost about 25-30 pounds in a matter of a few months without changing anything.

Ok, I made them. It didn't make 18, it only made 12, so here's the updated nutritional content: And here's what the finished product looked like before I ate it :laugh: I really liked it. It would have been even better with some cinnamon sprinkled on top but either I have no cinnamon or I can't find it.

I've bf three for between 14 and 29 months each and it took a very long time for things to get close to regular again. If you're at all concerned, I would definitely take a pregnancy test to ease your mind, but it's probably just that your body is still trying to get back to normal.

Mushroom and cheddar omelets are my favorite and actually one of the only ways I like to eat eggs. I'm not an egg person much myself either.

That's how I felt at Olive Garden, not eating the "endless" salad and breadsticks and then at Red Robin not eating the "bottomless" fries. BUT, I felt so much better afterward. I felt stronger inside, like I defeated something. :wink:

Thank you, everyone. We'll all be "healthy" soon. :smile: For the first time in my life, I weigh exactly what my driver license says. Half a pound less, actually. It's always at least 20 pounds under my actual weight. Once I hit my goal, I just might fork over the $30 for a new one just so I can change my weight. :wink:

According to another website (using wrist measurement), I have a large frame. According to the website above, my ideal weight is 137-155. I had already chosen 145 because by BMI, I would be just under overweight at 150.
