If you're working out 5x per week, maybe you're building more muscle mass, which would maybe cause your weight to go up? I'm trying not to pay so much attention to the scale myself, though I do get excited when that number goes down. I'm trying to do measurements instead.

Thank you so much! It is so bad I hardly want to get up in the morning and go to work (I work with the public) but it helps to know I'm not alone. :wink:
