Hahaha, I could not remember if I did 25 or 50 on my first set, so I decided to call it 25. I used an 8lb dumbbell for the first 75, then switched to a 10lb dumbbell for the next 75 (all sets of 25) - my triceps were burning!! I suppose the confusion continued because when I logged in here to report that I have completed…
-
Ugh, I'm in. This might hurt :)
-
My mind was totally off today, and I skipped my workout at the gym, however, I did complete my 150 squats while folding laundry :)
-
Wow, today was not a rest day for me, but I skipped the gym anyway (shrug shoulders and roll eyes here) so I have no real work out miles to report. However, I did have my pedometer on all day so I am going to take the 1.72 miles into account today. I guess I will need to make up some miles the rest of this week...

Done! 50 regular crunches, 50 left cross, 50 right cross. I feel like I need to do 50 reverse crunches now to even it all up...
