There is a definite difference! Look at the changes in your back!! It's funny that we are always our own worst critic. The problem is that we see ourselves everyday so it's hard to distinguish the new from the normal. You should be so proud of yourself - you are doing it (and you look great)!!

Well - it's sort of true. The reality is that you lose fat by building lean muscle. So, if you are strength training and building the muscle, as the muscle gets stronger, you should see better results on the scale. For cardio, although great for your heart and indurance, it burns calories (not fat). Remember, it IS true…
