My best friend is coming home in October because her little sister is having a baby. Also, one of my other good friends is getting married in October! 4 months and 2 days is what I have to work with! Going to a Fat Camp tonight to see if I qualify for the 6 week course. So nervous and excited. LOL

My mom has done SouthBeach for about 2 years now.. without any exercise included she lost 55 pounds. She gave me some books to look at last week and I am planning on starting the SB Diet myself but also including exercise. I would love to have any buddies add me that are currently on the plan. Perhaps we can encourage one…

Just bought the DVD today after having to buy a size BIGGER in slacks (due to wardrobe malfunction at work, *sigh*) so I will be starting this evening! Starting weight is 180.6

close to 5'2 and weigh 180.. I'm size 16/18.. 18s are big and 16s are a tad tight.. wish there was a 17. lol

I'm 5'2 and at 177 as of current. I would love to get back into the 140's and see where things go from there. Right now I'm just completely unhappy with my current weight. Especially after seeing friends who use to be bigger than me who are now either my size or smaller. :( I'm proud of them, I just wish I would of stayed…

I would happily like to join you on this! I've started drinking more water but I really need to kick the soda habit.. I have the tendency to toggle between regular and diet..especially depending on what I am eating and I'd just really would like to quit all together. Please feel free to add me.

If your shower is open at the top, get a cup of cold water and pour it over on her while she is in the shower. Then next time you take a shower, lock the door. :wink:
