I disagree totally. I think it is all about how much exercise you do and not so much about what you eat. Of course you should eat well but the more you move the more you lose. peroid. ps. i used to hate to work out too but you just have to find something fun and that you can get used to doing. try richard simmons! hes fun

Pretty sure you have to do specific arm exercises with weights that are heavy enough. ie: try a 10 pound weight hold with both hands over your head and lower weight toward your back, bring up and down. That sort of exercise will tone that area in time.
