Hi! I began at 305 and am down to 210. I'd like to be between 122-130. I'm 5' 4.5" and am 43. Always looking for new, encouraging friends! :)

I'm pms'ing BIG time right now and am finding that drinking herbal caffeine-free tea when I'm craving something unhealthy has been really helpful for the last two days.

My husband and I use it two ways ... we add one scoop of dulce de leche, one of cafe OR chocolate and then chocolate protein. Really good! :)

I've lost a newborn calf and an ostrich egg! :) Hubby has lost a two-month old horse and a chihuahua! We've lost quite a few animals!!

I plan on eating whatever I want on Thanksgiving, Christmas and New Year's. The other days of the holidays I'll make healthy choices, as usual. :)

I'm at 211 right now and eat 1600 calories a day using my TDEE - 20%. I eat back some of my exercise calories. I lose anywhere from 1-3 lbs. per week.

Usually a string cheese, roasted soy nuts, or an apple.

I'm proud that I got back on the wagon today after having a weekend of really poor food choices. :)

The Coke Zero commercial where it shows a boy who then turns into a young man, then man. He's never satisfied with what he gets so he always says, "And?" He gets more and more. Ugh.

I don't worry about any sugars coming from fruit. It's the sugars from sweets, etc. that I get concerned about. If that's all you're eating throughout the day, that's a different story. I asked my doctor about it and he said, "Fruit is good. Eat away!" and I am even pre-diabetic.

1200 is the default allowance of MFP. If you put that you wanted to lose 2 lbs./week, it will put you at 1200. Go to your settings and change to 1 lb./week or just change your calorie allowance on your own. Go under "Goals" and click "Change Goals." :)

My husband and I have one cheat/indulgence meal each week. It keeps us on the straight and narrow for the rest of the week. It's worked for both of us. I've lost 87 and he's 104. :)

LOVE, LOVE, LOVE mine!! Only thing I would change is that I wish it were waterproof so I can wear when I swim. Other than that, no complaints here! :)

Hi! I'm 43 and I've been on here since March. I'm 5' 4.5" and am currently 218. My ultimate goal is 120-130 but I want to see how I look and feel around 140-150. I'm a daily logger and give lots of encouragement. :flowerforyou:

Sweaters, boots, the foliage, the smells in the air, the crispness of the wind, the electricity we feel here in South Bend, IN when Notre Dame has home games, open windows, new season of my favorite shows, my husband's birthday, the colors ... I love everything about it!!! :)
