Maybe find yourself some youtube exercise videos? I like the idea of jumping jacks, jogging in place, etc. Also, walking or running up the stairs is a great idea!! BE SAFE during Isaac!

I am a teacher and I agree. However, please note that public schools have to follow what their states have put in the curriculum. Due to budget cuts, fine arts and PE are sadly often cut.

It's not bad at all. I am a scaredy-cat when it comes to the dentist and hadn't been in almost 20 years before I went back b/c I was in so much pain. Like most have said, you're kind of out of it. There wasn't much pain at all afterwards b/c of the pain meds. I got. You'll be okay and you'll be sooooo glad you had them out.

I have been on Herbalife since March 11. I have lost 65 lbs. as of today. I have so much more energy now and feel much, much healthier. My skin is softer and clearer. My cholesterol has gone down significantly and my thyroid levels are under control with medication. :)
