I am grateful for friends to whom I value very much I am grateful my hardwork is paying off. I feel great, body is changing (not a lot of weight loss) clothes fit different. Yes I log all. I like to see what the intake is when its a "cheat day." I think iti is important for two reasons. 1) It reinforces the habit of logging and 2) it provides you with an idea of what happens on those cheat days.

There are many avocado salad reciepes that are really good. Here is another one... avocado pudding. Yes, it is good. Avocado a touch of vanilla Cream or milk touch of sugar Put it in a blender eat. You can put some chopped pistachios on top. Good source of fiber and good fats.

And metamucil in the morning for me. I have had some surgeries so I need to get my fiber. I agree with the water and the fruits or veggies each day.

I hear ya. It is mostly women AND I am very cool with it. I am 6'2" and have been 260 and trying to get down to 200. Stay positive and stay focused is my new modo!
