week 4 thursday. had preplanned subway for lunch. yummy turkey burger for dinner and heading to zumba, have calories left. lots actually but way over on protien. will have small snack after zumba.

I have found that a good week before TOM and several days after I gain 3/6lbs. It really sucks when your eating well and exercising and hop on the scale. I have had lower back pain for years. I bought a recumbent bike a few years ago. I love it. I can sit straight up and hunched over on the regular exercise bike. I had a 6inch subway sandwich today with apples. Then made an awesome dinner. I am going to have to break down and go to store for apples and more salad stuff. I was looking at recipes and mmmm. Found some good ones.

today I stopped at quiznos. if subway doesnt count then i'm hoping quiznos doesn't either. It was good and I have worked out everyday for the past two weeks except for yestarday. I haven't been sleeping well and my body is feeling a little weird.

Day 6 for me. Had to take my son to ortho apt. I decided to jog up and down the stairs. Day 3. No fast food. Can't wait to check my weight in the morning to see what my weight is. Will me my first official log in since my husband was home. I know I gained at least 5lbs. But worked hard this week and will see what the real damage is.

Day 3. I drove by 2 of my favorite fast food places. Didnt stop. I ran into grocery store for veggies at lunch time, Had a wonderful dinner and made a huge salad for lunch tomorrow. Walked dog for 68 minutes. Really just feeling great this week.

Day 2. I did great, got the kids chinese food for dinner. I went to zumba then had chicken, cauliflower and brown rice. Cereal for snack. Mite stop for a salad tomorrow, I am out of salad stuff at home. I feel great today.

Kimberly, happy to say that my first day back was great. I feel great and dd a decent work out. Cant wait for zumba tomorrow. Oh and no fast food. Mcdonalds was calling my name earlier.
