I am in need of some spinach recipes. Anyone have anything good?

Push ups. burpees, squats, lunges, planks, crunches. Anything you can think of really. All great exercises that require only you:)

I always work out first thing and even though it means getting up REALLY early I feel more energetic and awake all day. If I miss a day I am tired all day.

Week one weigh in 158:) A small loss but makes me pretty happy none the less. I was hit and miss with both the water and fruits and veggies. Fair week in my town and not home for most meals. better week next week. Does our next challenge involve burpees? I read alot about burpees the last couple of days.

I have the same problem. I find it is better without the wheat products but can still be significant. I'm not sure what the answer is.

I'm Kim. I am married with three kids and work full time as a Nurse Practitioner. I have been on my weight loss journey for over two years and have lost 35 pounds but gained seven back over my vacation this month. My goal is to lose 19 pounds by Christmas. I have been using MFP for almost one year and have lost 18 pounds…

My first goal was to not be overweight by my BMI. I then went for a BMI of 22 which is considered to be the "healthiest" BMI. I am currently at 23 which is 151 pounds and really could stay here and be quite happy. It would be 145 to make be 22 but I am stuck where I am for the last six months so don't know if I will go…

I like all the Biggest Loser and Jillian Michaels ones.

I used Champix and it was fabulous. I haven't smoked in 21/2 years and don't have any desire to.

I don't see a big problem with it. My nine year old loves to run on the treadmill. I wouldn't push it but as long as they are able to do it why not.

On my phone it gives me the option to see my daily nutrients or my weekly calorie goals and intake. I don't have that on the computer though.

I have been maintaining for six months and I would like to lose a bit more but am ok if I stay where I am. I log everything and some days I am over and some I am under but find the weekly tool on my phone helps keep me on track. I don't worry about each day but try and keep the bad days not too bad and not too often.

The key is to not diet. Make good food choices every day. This doesn't mean you deprive yourself just limit amounts and frequency of the poor choices. If you are dieting it is hard to stick to but if you change your eating habits for life you can stick to it. Good luck!

Your are doing what you need to do just by getting up and working out. You don't need to go to a gym, you can get all you need at home. Five pounds is just fine, you aren't trying to be a body builder. Don't worry about the flab, you are young and losing your weight gradually, this allows your skin to recover. You will…

Whoever told you that is nuts. 120 pounds at 5'9 is a BMI of 17, not healthy! A BMI of 22 (the healthiest BMI) is 150 pounds but 170 puts you in the healthy range for your height. I think that setting a goal for healthy BMI is the best thing to do.

Welcome to this site, it will help you alot. You have taken the first step to improving your health. Type 2 diabetes is reversible if you get at it before your pancreas is permanently damaged. Type 1 is a failed pancreas and no amount of anything but an islet cell transplant will reverse it. I have patients who have…

I find pictures help. If you compare before and now photos you can't help but see it.

Great support here. Feel free to friend me if you like. It is fabulous that you have lost 29 pounds so far! Keep it up.

I have had two sections and wasn't overweight after them and really did not have a pooch. When I gained 40 pounds I had a pooch and now it is tiny with less than ten pounds to go. On a good, not bloated day my tummy is flat. There is always the hard scar tissue line but can't see it, only feel it.

I do the Shred first and then either the bike or treadmill for 20 or 30 minutes because I try and log an hour every day.

Your liver turns the fat into energy. You get rid of sodium with your kidneys. One doesn't interfere with the other. Keep eating well, working out and drinking your water it will all work out.

There is lots of walking at Disney so that helps. Keep your eating outside of the parks though. Drink water instead of calorie drinks. You will have fun and don't stress about your weight loss during your holiday, we are trying to change our lifestyle change and that includes holidays. Your hotel probably has a gym too.…

The only way to get rid of the skin is surgery. Don't let that get you down you have done great!

They have a lower impact option for all the exercises. I would go ahead and work up to the higher impact. No more trouble zones is less than Boost Metabolism. Listen to your knee, if it feels like too much don't push it.
