My thighs like to touch, it keeps them warm. Am I missing something, what is the appeal with the whole quest for a thigh gap thing?

My highest weight was 145lbs, current weight 134lbs and my goal is about 130lbs, I'm 5'5 and I have an hourglass shape so on my body frame I'd be happy at about that number :)

I try to meet my 'macros' every day, I weigh everything, read the back of everything and I no longer eat 'one or two' sweets thinking that they don't matter!

Push ups, I can touch my toes and I can do a very wobbly extended wheel yoga position!

Hi! P90 is a home exercise programme - its the 'baby' version of P90X! Thanks - I know what you mean about the weather, saying that I've had a couple of great walks this year!

Hillwalking is my big hobby and passion - plus 8 hour walks burn a fair amount of calories! I'm also doing Power 90 just now, which is making a big difference in my strength
