She does try, but like me, she does fall short. I cannot control her actions, I can only control my own. I need to make the change first and perhaps she will follow.

I just drink the Beachbody Shakology drink (what they call "the healthiest meal of the day") and that gives me all the nutrients i need. I've been drinking it for breakfast for about 3 months now and have not had any injuries or severe body soreness doing P90X. It does include protein.

Good job. That's a decision that will benefit you. I haven't had a drink since High School, and I'm grateful for all the trouble I'm able to avoid by not partaking of that simple 'pleasure'.

The best tasting, most filling and most nutritional shake that I've had is shakeology by beachbody. i have a chocolate shake every morning with a teaspoon of Peanut butter in it as my breakfast.
