Hello Americans, My name is Peter and I will vote for any candidate who is closely aligned with my biblical beliefs and convictions. Unfortuantly, I don't see too many candidates who are all out for God. But, republicans seem to be the only option being that the democratic party has become the Godless (even God hating)…

I just drink the Beachbody Shakology drink (what they call "the healthiest meal of the day") and that gives me all the nutrients i need. I've been drinking it for breakfast for about 3 months now and have not had any injuries or severe body soreness doing P90X. It does include protein.

The best tasting, most filling and most nutritional shake that I've had is shakeology by beachbody. i have a chocolate shake every morning with a teaspoon of Peanut butter in it as my breakfast.
